Dr. Outlaw is originally from Carrollton, Texas. She attended the University of Oklahoma and received a Bachelor of Science degree. She obtained her Doctorate of Optometry from Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio. While in optometry school, Dr. Outlaw served as a teaching assistant in pre-clinical labs and received awards and clinical letters of excellence recognizing her outstanding performance. She was also a Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society member and attended several medical mission trips providing eye exams to underprivileged areas. She completed one externship at Lifetime Eye Care and associates, focusing on contact lens fitting and primary care, and another externship at the Viera Outpatient Veterans Assistance Hospital in Florida, focusing on ocular disease treatment and diagnosis. Dr. Outlaw is committed to providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages. As a therapeutic optometrist and glaucoma specialist, Dr. Outlaw practices full-scope optometry, including routine eye exams, contact lens fittings, and glaucoma management. 

Dr. Outlaw enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, Ella and Molly. She enjoys all things, Disney, watching Sooner football, and traveling.
